See You in Jacksonville
Jacksonville is where innovation meets southern soul. From the scenic St. Johns River to miles of beautiful coastline, the city offers endless opportunities to explore beyond the conference.
Savor fresh coastal cuisine and local favorites in the vibrant downtown dining scene, or take in Jacksonville’s thriving arts and music culture—from the murals of the Historic Eastside to live performances at the Florida Theatre.
Outdoor enthusiasts can stroll the Southbank Riverwalk, kayak through the city’s waterways, or relax at nearby beaches. With its blend of historic neighborhoods, creative energy, and community-driven spirit, Jacksonville offers a wonderful, vibrant culture.
The conference will be held at the Hyatt Regency Jacksonville Riverfront, a waterfront hotel located along the St. Johns River in downtown Jacksonville.
Purpose Built Communities has secured a limited block of discounted rooms at the Hyatt Regency, available through April 24, 2026, or until the room block sells out. Booking early is recommended to stay on site and close to all conference activities.
The hotel offers easy access to downtown restaurants, cultural destinations, and riverfront views. Guests can enjoy spacious, comfortable rooms, relax at the rooftop pool, or dine at one of the on-site restaurants, all just steps from the conference hub.
* Accommodations will be booked for Purpose Built Board Members and Staff.
