I have over 25 years’ experience in Healthcare including Marketing, Product Development, Market and Network Development, Program Management, Nursing Administration and Education. I have worked at CIGNA Global Health Benefits, Aetna Global Benefits and am currently at Nemours Children’s Health as the Director of Workforce Partnerships.

I obtained my Bachelors in Business Administration (BBA) and Masters in Marketing (MBA) from Temple University and completed management courses at the Wharton school, University of Pennsylvania. I built upon my business background and received a Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN) from the University of Delaware and my Doctorate of Nursing Practice (DNP) in Executive Leadership from the University of Indianapolis

This session will focus on the role healthcare anchor institutions can play in neighborhood transformation efforts. It will feature leadership from the Healthcare Anchor Network and innovative examples of investments hospitals and healthcare systems have made in community development work. Participants can expect to walk away with ideas on how to engage local systems, hallmarks of developing and strengthening partnerships between Community Quarterback Organizations and types of investments hospitals can make in neighborhood transformation work.
