As Market President for Florida Blue’s Central Florida region, I provide the strategic oversight and lead a multi-talented team of dedicated executives in developing business plans to increase and retain membership, enhance brand visibility and coordinate engagement and enriched experiences for employees. A long-time Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion advocate and leader, I have been instrumental in the organization’s diversity and multicultural programs where I support our Equity Alliance. I am the Chair Elect for the Orlando Economic Partnership, and serve as its Task Force Chair of regional efforts to engage Orlando’s business leaders across varied industries to improve the area’s racial DEI.
