Sherian is the Director of Process and Change at Purpose Built Communities, where she leads strategic initiatives to enhance organizational efficiency, foster collaboration, and drive transformative change. With more than a decade of experience in organizational development, change management, and leadership consulting, she specializes in designing and implementing processes that empower teams and streamline operations.
Before joining Purpose Built, Sherian served as a Senior Transformation Consultant at August Public, where she led cross-functional initiatives to implement innovative organizational practices. Prior to that, she was a Transformation Delivery Advisor at KPMG, directing change management strategies for large-scale projects and aligning leadership and stakeholders to support seamless statewide technology transformations. She also brings experience in program management from Harvard Business Publishing, where she designed and implemented sales effectiveness training for global teams.
Sherian’s expertise includes process improvement, strategic consulting, and learning and development. She is skilled at facilitating leadership workshops, fostering a culture of trust and innovation, and driving measurable improvements in organizational effectiveness.
She holds a Master of Science from The New School and a Bachelor of Science from Savannah State University.
