Kim Di Giacomo leads LIIF’s Early Childhood Education (ECE) Capacity Building initiative, advancing business development and scaling innovative financing solutions for ECE facilities. Her work includes structuring blended grant and loan strategies to support ECE co-location with affordable housing in Oregon and expanding access to Preschool for All spaces in Multnomah County through the Build Up Oregon collaborative. Kim also oversees the Harris County SHINE Fund renovation grant program and supports providers nationally in acquiring and constructing new facilities through the Brighter Futures Fund in partnership with Goldman Sachs. Kim has an MA from Mills College in Early Education Leadership
