Kaitlin Williams

Kaitlin Williams is a community-centered leader and the Executive Director of Growing Together, where she works alongside residents to support families, strengthen neighborhoods, and expand opportunities for long-term community well-being. With a holistic and place-based approach to development, Kaitlin focuses on building trust, fostering local leadership, and creating sustainable pathways for children and families to thrive.

Kaitlin’s leadership is rooted in collaboration and equity, bringing together community members, partners, and local systems to address complex challenges with practical, people-centered solutions. Under her guidance, Growing Together has deepened its impact in Tulsa by centering the voices and strengths of the community it serves.
