Lauren McCarthy is Partner & COO at Alloy Fundraising, a national nonprofit consulting firm. Prior to becoming an equity partner in the firm in 2023, Lauren spearheaded grant research and writing for Alloy Fundraising clients across education, youth development, and workforce development for 8 years. Lauren also served as VP of Development Communications at Literacy Instruction for Texas and in various marketing roles. She was the Treasurer of the Georgia GPA Chapter from 2022 to 2024.
